As general manager for service delivery, Timothy setup and managed presales, delivery and service development across the Asia Pacific region. This entailed architecting and driving transformation at the region and country levels. This is of note especially for Japan, where Timothy, as a foreigner in a Japanese company, was uniquely given direct responsibility for the local Japan business and managed to work through culture specific challenges to drive transformation across all aspects of the business, including human resources and finance.
As lead solution architect, Timothy has had leadership roles in deal pursuits for deals valued up to US$3B and was co-lead in winning and implementing several pioneer deals, such as first wins in Japan, first/largest win in Southern Hemisphere, first regional cross-Asia win.
As delivery leader, Timothy has had direct management responsibility for budgets of up to US$400M and staff numbers of 2000+.
As a business leader, Timothy has managed to consistently achieve sales and revenue targets. He has driven strategy/planning and business recovery.
As a business consultant and coach, Timothy has worked with various organisations covering activities such as business strategy planning, business recovery, general coaching.
